What was the real outcome?

Between June 23-25, the U.S. sent B-2 stealth bombers to attack Iranian nuclear facilities near Qom, with Iran's Foreign Ministry confirming major damage to sites like the underground Fordo facility. President Trump called the strikes "very successful" and said they were a response to escalating tensions between Iran and Israel, though U.S. intelligence admits they're not sure how much this actually set back Iran's nuclear program, with some experts thinking it only delayed things by months, not years. Trump also announced a ceasefire agreement between Israel and Iran to pause the fighting, which Wall Street loved because it reduced fears of a wider Middle East war that could spike oil prices and crash markets. The big question now is whether Iran will try to quickly rebuild what was destroyed, which could restart the whole cycle of conflict, or if this temporary pause will actually lead to some kind of longer-term deal.
